I have noticed that sometimes Japanese users completely delete their accounts after I have added one of their drawings to my bookmarks / favorites. The same applies to Twitter. Sometimes I take it personally. I wonder what kind of mindset is behind that? Thank god I always download those pictures. Thank god for right-click -> Save image as...

Can anyone help me with setting up a server that it publicly reachable on the Internet using a domain? I am tired of shitty web hosting services and would like to host on my own. My goal is to set something up like PicoShare where users can simply upload a file and get a link for *direct* access to the file. A friend of mine got it working, but he's always getting new issues, e.g. the site is either not reachable, or the site does not support large uploads (Cloudflare has a 100MB upload limit it seems, but that can be circumvented by supporting chunked uploads) and all that jazz. For something as complicated as this, I need an IT expert. I am willing to pay €50 via PayPal if you can help me set something up. Btw. I have absolutely no experience at all (Linux, Unraid, Cloudflare, VPN, SSL certificates and whatnot), so I need an "absolute beginner" tutorial.

Let's start with this: what are the requirements? What do I need? My boss gifted me one of those HP cube servers with multiple hard drive slots. Do I need a public IPv4? Because I don't have one, apparently. I am behind a CG-NAT and my IP changes upon reconnect, which happens once a day. What operating system should I install? Linux Arch? Windows Server? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I have finally sold my Switch today. I do not want to support a company that hate their customers and fans, and on top of that, are against emulation of any kind. Fuck Nintendo. I'm glad that I could sell it to someone I know online instead of a complete stranger - that way, everything went smooth. Could have probably gotten more money for selling a hackable OG Switch, but whatever. After that Amazon ordeal, I do not need more stress.

Editing … Finally you're coming around. I've disliked Nintendo since the gamecube days because it was clear back then it was ALL about money and abusing the loyal fanbase who would throw money at them even if they released super wii mario party 456 which has 1 new game extra from any of the previous 455 games. They haven't pushed on with making better games they have just churned out more of the same. Their hardware compared to their competitors shows they aren't interested in AAA games since the SNES when it had nearly ALL of them.

Editing … You get Sony making a loss on consoles trying to get the hold on the market and Nintendo earn a fortune on older tech with games they already released 10x already but peole keep buying again. It's crazy how fanboyism clouds judgement.

I would give it a 7.5. It gets half a bonus point for having a mini-golf mode! I wonder why that one is absent in the sequels? This game is seriously challenging. Unlike in the successors, you get severely punished for missing the fairway, making your next shot only go about only 50% the distance you have calculated. This is pretty good and realistic. However, given the fact that there's tons of helpful tools missing to really calculate your shot, I feel that this game can easily become mildly frustrating. Not to mention the fact that the CPUs play really well - they almost never miss a shot! If you are in need of a challenge, go with this game. If you want more helpful tools to shape and calculate your shot, then you are better off playing Advance Tour or Toadstool Tour!

Could never get past the first level when I was a kid. Yesterday I finally managed to do it! That first level is basically just a really big maze, everything looks the same... no surprise I never got far back then... Back then I just didn't care, I played the game and had fun, despite me not getting anywhere. These days I just don't have the same kind of patience and "I don't give a fuck"-attitude anymore.

It's... pretty good. 8/10. There's one thing that this game made me realize though: Mario Golf: Advance Tour seems to be almost "just" a remaster of this game. The courses are nearly identical. Of course, Advance Tour is better in every way because of more powerful hardware and a difficulty that seems more fair, plus additional content. However, I was genuinely surprised at how similar those two games are. This game, despite being released before Mario Tennis on the GBC, is so much better than Mario Tennis, both in gameplay and content. It also has a really good soundtrack (again, reused in Mario Golf: Advance Tour). I'm glad this game exists, because it pathed the way and shaped one of my favorite games of all time. However, it has become almost obsolete as you can just play the superior GBA version.

Can someone recommend me a very safe website which hosts unaltered apk's? I want to get the Aliexpress app without the Google Store. I know a few places to get apk files, but since I'm going to use the app to spend real money, I want to be extra careful and not download an edited or fake apk which infects my phone with viruses...

A lot worse than the GBA game, not just because of the GameBoy's limitations. Who's decision was it for every match to have six games?! Also, you have to level up your character in a weird way to even stand a chance against the CPU's, which are incredibly hard even on the early matches. 5/10
